** Please note, this role is a contract (May - September 2024)The RoleNorth Star: As a Copywriter, you are primarily responsible for concepting and copywriting the campaigns and projects you are in charge of. You demonstrate originality, innovation and a multi-disciplinary thinking through your work. The copywriter is craft-obsessed while creating convention breaking ideas. The Copywriter will be responsible for the following: Work collaboratively with creative partners, cross agency-departments and clients to develop creative work of the highest standardWrite copy and brand tone of voice for digital, film, social, print, content and beyondMaster short and long form copy; either while following a brand guideline, or developing one Manage multiple project and project teams simultaneously Present compelling creative presentations earning clients trust and approval of creative work Proof creative through production for quality and accuracy Develop strong conceptual ideas that solve clients problems by looking at culture, trends, insights and going against conventionDevelop strong relationships with peers, partners and clients Drive creativity and originality throughout all work and the agency at largeIn the know of trends and innovation in culture Skills, Abilities and Experience: 3-6 years of experience at a creative agencyStrong portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional creative workExperience in writing for different formats, including film, print, web and social, as well as brandingYou are production smart with experience working with photographers, directors, and other creative partners from pre-production, production and postYou are empathetic, optimistic, audacious, progressive and kindYou are a big conceptual thinker who puts equal focus on craft and detailYou are collaborative and versatile, able to work with multiple project teams with respect, and are able to manage your responsibilities and time wellAbout MintWe’re an independent creative agency made of culture creatures with multidisciplinary expertise across all major marketing disciplines.Driven by creativity and inspired by humanity, we focus on brand love between companies and people.
