Job Summary

The candidate will work closely with all departments to execute and support the employee onboarding process to ensure a welcoming start in the company along with active participating in Employer Branding function and initiatives. This unique role gives you the opportunity to get involved in various HR functions within our operations and employer branding teams. We're looking for a creative candidate who is comfortable in navigating different tasks, is people-oriented, resourceful and likes variety.

HR Operations tasks & responsibilities

-Act as a source point of contact by planning and coordinating the onboarding and orientation of new employees in our Montreal office;

-Maintain the HRIS database (SAP SuccessFactors) ensuring a high standard of quality and keeps employee records up-to-date;

-Generate and work with various reports extracts from our HRIS database, such as absence reports, time banks, employee data, etc.

-Conduct group insurance enrolment meetings with new employees and ensures online enrolment in our insurer's portal;

-Provides assistance and support to our professionals regarding long-term absences (Paternity/Maternity, Parental, disability, unpaid leave).

Employer Branding tasks & responsibilities

-Help organize Montreal events and ensure cohesion among colleagues by providing a presence for each of them;

-Promote our employer brand internally and externally;

-Create Employer Branding videos or other materials for social media

-Be responsible of other employer branding projects, for example recognition programs, ambassadors, etc.

Qualifications

-Completed a bachelor’s or college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field;

-Past 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar HR Function

-Have experience in using an Employee HRIS Systems (SuccessFactors) and in managing social media is an asset

-Demonstrate proficient interpersonal skills to provide guidance, support and direction to new hires, actual employees and managers

-Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment;

- Bilingual skills (Fluent in both French and English) required ,intermediate level of English is required for this position due to interactions with our English & French speaking colleagues.

-Having knowledge of video editing and Canva platform is a plus.
