Responsabilités spécifiques:
Mettez votre créativité à profit en participant à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de projets innovants visant à faciliter l'accompagnement et l'intégration des membres.
Soyez à la pointe de la technologie en assurant la mise à jour régulière et précise des systèmes de suivi automatisé pour une gestion efficace des données et des informations des membres.
Faites preuve de votre expertise en répondant aux questions des membres sur nos produits et services, en offrant un soutien de qualité et en les guidant tout au long de leur parcours.
Faites entendre votre voix en participant activement aux réunions organisées par le département, en apportant vos idées novatrices et en contribuant aux décisions stratégiques.
Partagez vos connaissances et votre expérience avec vos collègues et les autres parties prenantes pour favoriser la collaboration et l'échange d'idées.
Exigence minimale:
Nécessite généralement plus de 5 ans d’expérience connexe.
Exigences supplémentaires:
Étudiant actuel dans un programme pertinent ou expérience équivalente souhaitable.
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
Méticuleux(se) et attentif(ve) aux détails.
Proactif(ve) et orienté(e) vers les résultats.
Bien organisé(e) et compétent(e) en gestion du temps.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et idéalement des systèmes CRM comme Salesforce.
