Job Description

Paul’s Foundation is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to be an integral part of an established, respected non-profit on the cusp of opening an incredible new hospital, research complex, and health campus. The Donor Relations Coordinator will join a team committed to ensuring donors understand their vital role in transforming healthcare in British Columbia and will help execute and maintain our stewardship and recognition programs for donors across all fundraising areas to foster long-term donor relationships and inspire ongoing donor engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director, Stewardship & Donor Relations you will be responsible for supporting the donor relations team on all of the recognition and stewardship activities, including but not limited to: mailing and recognition lists, welcoming new donors, budget tracking, meeting support and events planning. Coordinate administrative activities for the Foundation’s recognition and stewardship meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes, as required. These include: Pull new donor lists from database and send new donor welcome packages biweekly. Manage annual donor wall updates at all sites (including St. Paul’s Hospital and Seniors and Long Term Care sites). Order donor gifts and other Foundation-branded swag and maintain an inventory. Maintain department annual budget tracking – submit POs, Visa statements and track spending against cost centres. Support the video platform, including supporting import of lists, execution of donor video emails, sending invitations to film a video and following up in a timely way. Attend Foundation events, as needed, with a specific support role as determined by the Executive Director. Assume other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director, Stewardship & Donor Relations. Highly computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Raiser’s Edge or a like database an asset and strong competitive advantage.
