Position: Coordinator, Quality Assurance and Analysis
Location: Southwestern Ontario, working conditions remote with regular visits to office expected
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 (40 hours)

In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement tracking of services for newcomers in conjunction with the Newcomer Services Managers. Tracking is based on association, sector, program and client needs
- Responsible for the analysis and management of service delivery recording and client data* to meet association and funder requirements (including audits for accuracy and completeness)
- Responsible for coordination of reporting requirements of our third-party funding agreements
- Responsible for training of employees on data entry, reporting requirements and quality assurance practices on K2 database system
- Keep up to date on all settlement, integration and immigration related information, research and best practices to inform our programming and to contribute to the strategic direction of newcomer programming in line with 3rd party funders (including retention of documentation of processes, findings and recommendations)
- Act as support to all newcomer programs, lending data and expertise to create synergies and enhance quality of YMCA SWO Newcomer and Community Services programs
- Maintain regular communication with the management team to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and program evaluations
- Ensure timely communication of critical information and deadlines to all relevant staff members to facilitate smooth program operations
- Work collaboratively with external partners, including other settlement agencies and post-secondary institutions, to create and build upon opportunities that develop and foster community relationships
- Provide occasional ongoing technical support for database systems and reporting tools to staff
*Currently held on the K2 database system
Education and Skills Qualifications:
- Post secondary education at the university level in business, computer science or a related field required
- Proficiency using MS Office applications
- Proficiency in using online / remote work tools and resources including MS Teams, Google Meet, ZOOM, etc.
- Proficiency and experience in data management, data analysis, advance Excel skills and report writing
- Proficiency and experience in managing and working with Salesforce.com instances (An asset)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (an asset)
- Experience with Government platforms such as iCARE, HARTs and TP-ON an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies an asset
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle or the ability to rent a vehicle for work purposes
