Expected Salary Range: $59,982.00 - $74,975.00 - $93,719.00

Our typical hiring range will be +/- 5% of the midpoint shown above

We shape the recruitment process to create outstanding experiences for our candidates and actively attract and source the right talent to pipeline into our organization.


The Role


This role is the administration center of a team of People Recruitment Advisors. Reporting to the Manager, People Recruitment, you will provide administration services to a team of recruitment professionals using SuccessFactors, a modern applicant tracking product by SAP. You will complete onboarding activities for newly hired individuals, conduct welcome sessions, work with the team to ensure recruitment data is clean and usable for reports and decision making, and provide valuable administration support.


What you will accomplish

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, working closely with recruiters to provide timely updates, answer inquiries, and facilitate communication across hiring teams
  • Make an outstanding first impression of BCLC by leading new employee welcome sessions, and ensuring all new hires at every level across the organization are exposed to our purpose, vision, culture processes and more
  • Administer new hire onboarding processes, including completing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and facilitating background & reference checks and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Co-ordinate referral and relocation programs, expense administration
  • Generate recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and providing insights to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding process, streamline recruitment processes, and enhance the candidate experience, proposing and implementing solutions as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities, and assist with audits and reporting as needed

  • You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively, ensuring that interviews, events, and administrative tasks are co-ordinated efficiently
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, providing updates, answering inquiries, and facilitating presentations
  • You are a problem solver, taking initiative in identifying potential issues, anticipating needs, and proposing solutions to improve recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize the candidate experience
  • You prioritize the needs and experiences of candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, providing responsive and attentive support to ensure a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved
  • You possess analytical skills to track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and generate insights that inform decision-making, process improvements, and strategic planning
  • You will be a role model in representing BCLC’s purpose, inclusive culture and values
