We are actively seeking an individual to join the construction team for their factory expansion project in Montreal.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and maintaining a document management system.
  2. Planning and coordinating project execution.
  3. Verifying document compliance and technical specifications.
  4. Transcribing minutes and actions taken during meetings.
  5. Preparing agendas and tracking action items.
  6. Maintaining records of document transmissions, meetings, and interactions with contractors.
  7. Other related tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

Construction site experience, strong prioritization and communication skills. Understanding of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing domains. Knowledge of Procore software is an asset. Understanding of financial aspects related to construction projects. Technical diploma in construction, building, civil engineering, or architecture.
