Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contractor Service Representative to join our team in Calgary.
Reporting to the Director of Field Services, this role is pivotal in supporting our contract personnel with onboarding, timesheet management, and troubleshooting system-related issues. While this is not an entry-level role, we are open to training the right candidate with a background that complements the responsibilities of this position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing organization that values initiative and strong communication skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to field staff, primarily contract workers, in submitting timesheets and managing expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for contract personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring efficient workflows for contract personnel and office staff.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to develop within the role; we are open to training candidates with a complementary background.
