Reporting to the Superior Gas Liquids Digital Transformation & Operational Accounting Director, the Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing the details of business contracts, to help the company avoid contractual disputes, protecting both the company’s reputation and its financial interests. Evaluate the terms and conditions of business contracts prior to signing for the company including but not limited to:Review contracts before they are signed; analyzing all clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilitiesEnsure that all contracts are in accordance with company specific policiesEnsure that both parties are fulfilling their contract obligationsProduce drafts of contracts for management reviewReview proposals for changes in contract terms and renewalsAssisting with CSOX audit requestsMaintain the landed cost in the accounting system What you bring:Post secondary education in business, legal, or finance, preferred5 to 10 years experience analyzing contractual agreementsFamiliarity with local, provincial and national contract laws to verify that the company is in accordance with all regulationsExtremely thorough and detail oriented ensuring accuracy on all informationExcellent written and verbal communication and skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple competing prioritiesIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365 skillsSuperior Gas Liquids (SGL) provides tailored solutions to wholesale customers to move propane and butane throughout North America.
