For more information, please visit kensingtongrey.co Job Summary:The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the negotiation, and review of contracts related to various aspects of our business operations. This position will ensure that all contracts are accurate and legally compliant, safeguarding our organization’s rights and upholding our corporate responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate, negotiate, and execute Influencer Partnership contracts, employment agreements, vendor agreements, and other legal documents. • Ensure that contracts are thoroughly reviewed for legality, compliance, and alignment with Kensington Grey’s policies and objectives. • Serve as the point of contact between external parties and internal departments during contract development and negotiations. • Maintain detailed and organized files for all contracts, ensuring that signed agreements are communicated to all relevant parties. • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate. • Advise and interpret contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure. • Facilitate efficient and clear communication related to contractual issues and agreements throughout the organization. • Assist with the resolution of any contract-related disputes or discrepancies. • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes that may affect the company’s contracts and business operations.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role. • Strong understanding of legal terminology, risk management, and contract negotiation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Why Join Us?At Kensington Grey, you’ll be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking team that values professional growth, collaborative innovation, and creative problem-solving.
