Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing support to various departments on contract-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Preparation and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contract Management: Maintain and manage the contract database, ensuring all contracts are properly stored, tracked, and updated.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and contract management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
