As part of this position, you will play apivotal role in driving organizational excellence by equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change.Y our primary responsibility will be to lead the development and offering of continuous improvement training programs whileelevatingmeasurably the organizational maturity. You will be called to: Be actively involved in the development and sustainability of the business excellence model, related to the Training and Tools segment; Ensure the effective deployment of the Continuous Improvement training programs globally; Plan and coordinate the different continuous improvement course schedule in close collaboration with Continuous Improvement team; Identify the needs and develop the training programs required in the organization to maintain and elevate the continuous improvement culture, according to best practices and trends of a high-tech company; Lead trainings at various levels and business units within the organization, as needed; Define, monitor and evaluate the progress of the trainings impact on key performance metrics; including learners’ satisfaction, training ROI, and post-training assessment. This may involve collecting data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to communicate results to stakeholders. Propose and implement corrective actions based on the KPI’s results. Work in collaboration with a cross-functional team across CAE's various sites. Participate in the development of the community of good practice within CAE to create training strategy. If needed, the candidate could be asked to participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within business units and functions. Our ideal candidate has: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in training, organizational development, lean six sigma , continuous improvement, or related field is preferred. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt) and/or other relevant certifications considered as an asset Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels of the organization. Experience in designing and developing training programs, instructional materials, and learning assessments. Skills in research, training, animation and project management. Ability to analyze data and synthesize in key statements, curiosity and creativity, interest to always be aware of the market innovation Interest in creating and editing videos, or e-learning content. Ability to collaborate at different organizational levels and support management teams. Results oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision, be autonomous and to pursue self-initiated ideas with a sense of leadership, Flexible and agile in prioritization adapting accordingly to the business needs, Excellent skills in oral and written communication and active listening Ease of learning new software and technological tools. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
