What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

  • This position is responsible for leading, managing, and directing complex projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Leads process mining workshops, identifies, prioritizes, and enables delivery of LSS and Intelligent Automation opportunities.
  • Works with senior management and leads cross-functional teams to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Supports the entire process improvement program currently in place at TJX.
  • Supports and drives innovative strategies at TJX, is cognizant of the evolving continuous improvement (external and internal) landscape and can enable new strategies for TJX (i.e. the Intelligent Automation program).
  • Assists leadership in maintenance of an effective and efficient process improvement program; assists in development and delivery of process improvement documentation and training.
  • Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to developing Associates (i.e. Green and Yellow Belts).

What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience working on Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects.
  • A post-secondary degree is preferred (i.e. Operations Management, Quality Management, Industrial or Management Engineering, Math, Statistics or another technical major); related education and experience will be considered.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and DMAIC methodology; Black Belt certification required; Agile, Safe, PMP are assets.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies – i.e. Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps; knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies (e.g. SharePoint) is an asset.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to identify problems, investigates issues, discrepancies, and prepare responses for anticipated questions; understands the needs of the audience when presenting information.
  • Strong experience with data analysis with ability to identify business assumptions and results, articulate findings, quantify issues and their potential impacts.
  • Demonstrated collaborative relationship building skills. Fosters high levels of trust and teamwork throughout the organization at all levels; understands how and when to apply alternative approaches and flex relationship styles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively converse with a wide range of audience.

Salary Range: $85,430 - $129,188*

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range available for this position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
