Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation [70%] §

Creating both written and graphic content for brochures, flyers, newsletters and more, supporting product launches and campaigns §

Writing engaging and informative blogs or project case studies for any of the companies within Tri-Mach Group §

Capturing photo and video content of projects within our shop for customer approval and/or archiving §

Editing photos and videos as needed to promote modern and clean brand image §

Routinely visiting customer job sites to film and photograph projects, including drone & GoPro footage §

Creation of external marketing images and videos to showcase projects, products, and services §

Creation of internal tutorial/instructional/SOP videos to teach employees how to use various hardware and software §

Creation of internal culture videos to assist in recruitment and on-boarding initiatives §

Creation of graphics as needed by other departments Social Media Management [15%] §

Creation of social media visuals and graphics §

Collaboration with marketing team develop social media content calendar and schedule posts Email Campaigns [10%] §

Designing mass email communications to send via MailChimp Miscellaneous [5%] §

Support social committee through employee engagement, social initiatives, company intranet, and internal promo store orders §

Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship §

In accordance with Company policy and relevant employment legislation, overtime and work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the Company §

All other duties as required §

A degree or diploma with a focus in graphic design, marketing or similar field §

1-3 years experience working in a B2B marketing environment with exposure to copywriting, graphic design, and social media management §

Intermediate experience with Adobe software, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro §

Intermediate photography and videography experience, specifically using a DLSR, GoPro, and drone §

Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint §

Ability to commute to all organizations and customer facilities §

Able to work effectively and reliably under pressure §

Experience working with third-party marketing tools, including CoSchedule and MailChimp
