Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in organizing projects, managing internal resources, and creating engaging content across multiple channels. This means that Forward Education is not the right place for everyone.Before you apply, consider if you can:Demonstrate initiative and commitment to excellenceIdentify problems and find scalable, repeatable solutionsThrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changeCommunicate effectively while embracing diverse perspectivesSet and achieve ambitious goals to drive successEnergize our work culture with enthusiasm and a positive attitudeGrow personally and professionally alongside a like-minded teamKey ResponsibilitiesContent and Media Production: Create and manage content for social media channels, product/ platform training videos, blogs, webinars, and other digital platforms.SEO Optimization: Enhance our website’s SEO, including product descriptions, meta-data, and blogs.Email Marketing: Strategize and develop creatives, optimize list segmentations, and automate email campaigns. Analyze and report campaign data.Project Organization: Manage and organize marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.Internal Resource Organization: Coordinate with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Community Management: Foster and grow our online community across private platforms and social media channels.Knowledge Base Management: Improve and create articles for our knowledge base to support current and future Climate Action Kit and Learning Platform users.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a content marketing role (or similar).2+ years experience with video/image editing software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana).Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), specifically list segmentation, email automation, and reporting functions.Experience with e-commerce platforms is a bonus (e.g., Shopify).Passion for social media and online community building.Experience in the K-12 education sector is an advantage.Some SEM experience is preferred but not required.Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage deliverables from other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes on timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIn-depth understanding of analytics tools and data-driven decision makingWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation15 days vacation to startHybrid work modelMedical, dental, vision and extended health coverage from day one - no waiting period2 paid “Because We Care” days (pet bereavement, religious holiday, mental health support, etc.)$500 Wellness Spending AccountVirtual Health SupportEmployee Assistance ProgramWeekly “Hour of Learning” to support your professional growth and developmentWhy Join Us?This role offers high growth potential and is perfect for someone seeking career advancement and new opportunities in the edtech industry.
