Ingénieur Cisco Voice Niveau 3Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Cisco Voice Niveau 3 pour une entreprise dans le domaine bancaire. Notre client est situé à Montréal.Description des tâches et responsabilités – Ingénieur Cisco Voice Niveau 3Les responsabilités du poste incluent :- Prise en charge BAU niveau 3 de Callmanager, Unity Voicemail et Unified CallCenter Express;- Participation active à la mise à niveau des systèmes mentionnés ci-dessus vers la version 14.1, incl. planification, mise à niveau et tests avant août 2024;- Participation active à la planification de la mise à niveau vers la version 15 pour les systèmes ci-dessus;- Dépannage de niveau 3 de ces systèmes;- Travailler avec le fournisseur Cisco en cas de problèmes;- Documenter et/ou mettre à jour la documentation de ce qui précède;- Configuration/maintenance du serveur vidéo Cisco (VCS et Expressway).Exigences du poste – Ingénieur Cisco Voice Niveau 3- Fort esprit d'équipe;- Solides compétences en communication et en documentation;- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur niveau 3 dans les produits mentionnés ci-dessus;- Peut travailler de manière autonome;- Connaissance approfondie de l'infrastructure Cisco Voice, incl. Our client is located in Montréal.Job details – Cisco Voice Level 3 engineerKey responsibilities for this position include:- Level 3 BAU support of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail and Unified CallCenter Express;- Active participation in the upgrade of the above mentitoned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August 2024;- Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems;Level 3 troublshooting of those systems;- Working with the vendor Cisco in case of issues;- Documenting and/or updating documenation of the above;- Cisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway).Mandatory Skills – Cisco Voice Level 3 engineer- Strong team player;- Strong communication and documentation skills;- At least 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above mentioned products;- Can work independently;- Indepth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl.
