CONSTRUCTION SERVICE TECHNICIAN required for new home builder to complete any post delivery construction deficienciesas required: drywall repairs, paint touch ups, trim repairs, subfloor repairs, water leaks etc., This is a great opportunity for someone who has finishing construction "handyman" experience, who is detail oriented, possesses effective communication skills, is exceptionally organized and takes great pride in their quality ofworkmanship. Candidates must know basic construction guidelines and have experience working in new home finishing construction. Valid drivers license and clean driving abstract required.
