Destinationone Consulting is looking for Senior Project Manager for our client in Surrey, British Columbia.
About Our Client
Our Client is an ambitious, fast-growing real estate developer with several multi-family residential projects being developed, including mixed-use high-rise projects.
About You
You have completed a high-rise project before, from pre-construction to occupancy, in BC and demonstrate the ability to work independently and you show initiative. You have strong leadership skills and possess the ability to motivate others.
About the Role
The ideal candidate would have 10-15 years of experience in mid to large scale projects, including residential high-rises, from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage all facets of construction including communication with owners, consultants and sub trades
Manage on-site personnel including superintendents, laborers and support staff
Oversee project setup, scheduling, and cost control
Direct regular site meetings with sub-contractors, architects and consultants
Work with superintendents to deliver safety-oriented, on schedule, and high-quality projects
Prepare progress invoices/sub trade invoices and change orders to owner and sub trades
