WE ARE HIRING A FULL-TIME PROJECT MANAGER IN LIVERPOL NOVA SCOTIACovertite Group of Companies is currently seeking a Project Manager in Liverpol Nova ScotiaThe individual works closely with the operations team, multidisciplinary teams, and field staff to coordinate all aspects of the project.Responsibilities:Manage the overall project performance and status from start to finish and by schedule, specifications and budget. They track cost, schedule, safety, and quality, and keep the Project Manager well-informed of progress, discrepancies, questions, and any impacts on the project plan and schedule. Duties and responsibilities include:Produce, analyze, and present various reports, documents, and presentations for various internal and external stakeholdersAssist with project budgets and project estimates.Manage internal and external project communications.Establish communication with vendors and or suppliers.Coordinate the distribution of documents between the office and the field teamUpdate master project schedules and track budgets monthly to ensure billing accuracy and progress.Analyze and distribute shop drawings and RFIs.Participate, organize, and hold meetings with the team.Participate in the inspection processAny other related tasks in connection with the position.Skills and abilities required:College or University degree is preferredMinimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, real estate development or related fields.Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and MS ProjectKnowledge of 365 software and Bluebeam (asset).Ability to analyze and synthesize.Handle confidential data.Ability to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders.Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in EnglishAttend site meetingsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsOn-site parkingPaid time offFlexible Language Requirement:French not requiredSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Liverpool, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Project management: 3 - 5 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
