Must Haves Degree in construction management or related fieldMinimum 7 years’ experience in construction project managementProven track record of managing residential construction projectsProficient in procurement, purchasing, and budget management for construction projectsSkilled in contract development and management with a focus on sustainabilityFamiliar with construction industry standards and insurance requirementsStrong communication skills to liaise with clients and ensure project satisfaction Nice to Haves Experience in working with First Nation communities and non-profit housing associationsCommitment to sustainability and affordable housingExperience in modernization site setup and inventory managementExperience with the Corecon softwareMultitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Metro Vancouver industrial sites for storage and renovation projectsPMP certification Responsibilities Coordinate project management aspects efficiently, ensuring on-time and within budget deliveryManage subcontractor, procurement, and logisticsWork closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers to uphold quality standardsSet up and manage client, subcontractor, and vendor agreementsOversee record-keeping and document managementIdentify and secure sites for the storage and renovation of homesHandle lease agreements, permitting, site setup, and securityTrack and manage equipment and assets, ensuring their maintenance and securityManage company and project insurances, covering equipment, assets, and vehiclesMonitor project progress and conduct metrics and analysisRegularly update clients on project status and address any concerns for satisfactory outcomes
