The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. ResponsibilitiesOversee all stages of project life cycleManage project budgetProvide timely status reports to stakeholdersQualifications10+ years of experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprintsDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsProvide the management leadership and serve as the link between the Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator, Site Superintendents, Estimator, Architect and Sub Consultants, Interior Designer, Client (Owner), Client Project Manager and employees, Administration Office and other employees of Formstructures Group Inc. and Direct Management Group Inc. (Formstructures’ Administration company) with respect to all aspects of the project.Estimating & Quotations; direct and manage the Project Coordinator and Estimator to tender to all trade contractors and material suppliers for changes to the project. Contracts & Change Orders; direct and manage the Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator and the Construction Managers’ administration office to provide all Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers with Contracts and Change Orders and coordinate the contract documents and accounting information with the Construction Managers’ contract administration office personnel. Direct and manage the Project Coordinator and Safety Coordinator to ensure the Construction Manager obtains all Health & Safety, Insurance and Safety Training documents from all Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers prior to any work commencing on site; coordinate all these documents with the Construction Managers’ contract administration office personnel.Request for Information; direct and manage the Project Coordinator to manage and track all RFI’s (Request for Information) between all the consulting professionals managing the project including but not limited to the Architect, Engineering Sub-Consultants, Interior Designer, Owner, Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers and the Construction Managers Personnel.Close-Out Documents: direct and manage the Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator and M+E Coordinator to obtain and provide to the Construction Manager all necessary manuals and warranties from Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers upon completion and commissioning of the project. Management and coordination of Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers; manage coordinating & organizing the Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers with the Project Coordinator and Site Superintendents in an efficient and effective manner. Project Schedule: develop Project Schedule with Construction Manager and Construction Team and provide updates on a weekly basis. Bring to the attention of the Owner, Construction Manager and Construction Team in a timely manner any “risks” to the project as a result of changes to the Schedule.Project Cash Flow: develop Project Cash Flow report with Construction Manager and provide updates on a monthly basis.Weekly Project Reports: record, manage, track and distribute in a timely manner the weekly project report.Monthly Project Report: record, manage, track and distribute in a timely manner the monthly project report. 25th of Month/End of Month Invoicing; assist Construction Manager’s administrative office and Project Coordinator in developing and submitting the 25th of Month/End of Month Invoicing.Shop Drawings: direct and manage the Contract Administer and Project Coordinator to record, manage, track and distribute in a timely manner the shop drawings between Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers and all consultants for review and approval.Weekly Conference Calls/Site Meetings with Construction Team; manage the Construction Team weekly meeting.
