Job Description
We’re looking for a Construction PM to help a large manufacturing client in Quebec to manage engineering partners and the general contractor from conceptual engineering, execution phase to closure phase, ensuring a smooth and effective handover to operations. Main responsibility: Oversee all activities and internal/external resources of sub-projects within his construction mandate. Must haves: Years of experience in the commercial/industrial construction industry with OIQ Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders Ability to communicate with various project stakeholders in French and English Ability to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teams Possess a strong understanding of construction project management, cost control and planning Preferable: Academic background in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, or metallurgical materials, or a concentration in industrial project management.
