We’re looking for a Construction PM to help a large manufacturing client in Quebec to manage engineering partners and the general contractor from conceptual engineering, execution phase to closure phase, ensuring a smooth and effective handover to operations.Main responsibility:Oversee all activities and internal/external resources of sub-projects within his construction mandate. Must haves:Years of experience in the commercial/industrial construction industrywith OIQAbility to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholdersAbility to communicate with various project stakeholders in French and EnglishAbility to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teamsPossess a strong understanding of construction project management, cost control and planningPreferable:Academic background in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, or metallurgical materials, or a concentration in industrial project management.If you're interested in hearing more, please contact Loui Cowles on loui.cowles@vividresourcing.com
