The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various ongoing projects, maintaining accurate cost records for each project regarding installation, review, and extra-to-contract costs, and serving as an effective liaison between the customer, site, drafting, and production departments. Manage multiple construction projects within the province of Ontario; Oversee all aspects of the project to make sure it's on schedule and budget; Work with detailer/project coordinator teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and scope of work; Conduct post-project evaluations; Other administrative tasks. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or equivalent; ~3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management; ~ Ability to read and understand project specifications, drawings, and details; ~ PMP Certification is an asset; ~ Knowledge of computer-aided design (Autocad).
