Ultimately, our purpose is to provide people with similar values the opportunity to achieve their full potential; to deliver that opportunity for great careers to one another; and to contribute meaningfully to the community we share with others.You as a Construction Manager will:Accountable for overall project performance of one major project (>$100M in value) or a portfolio of smaller projectsOversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectivesProvide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as requiredDevelop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedulesPlan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to Is this the right role for you?15+ years supervisory or equivalent experience Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experienceThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essentialExcellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
