Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall project performance of one major project (>$100M in value) or a portfolio of smaller projects.
- Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives.
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
- Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules.
- Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
- Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI Construction.
- Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
- Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.
