Our client is a global, Tier 1 food and beverage company. The Senior Director, Marketing will serve as the owner and driver for a portfolio representing 40% of the company’s brands. Reporting into the Vice President Marketing & Strategy, the Senior Director, Marketing is a key member of the Canadian Marketing Leadership team. Part of a high-performing team, the Senior Director, Marketing will collaborate closely with the customer sales leads, finance, R&D and the broader leadership team to provide short- and long-term strategic leadership, management and growth of the portfolio in Canada. Our ideal candidate brings a breadth of marketing experience gained in the consumer-packaged goods industry. The Senior Director, Marketing will bring deep experience leading 360 marketing strategies including brand management, innovation and communication. This leader will be a consumer athlete – a versatile and capable leader who brings an understanding of all levers that generate value while working at speed and agility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
