Description du poste
Altitude Aerospace est à la recherche d’un Concepteur Mécanique qui souhaiterait rejoindre une entreprise dynamique, flexible et en forte croissance à Montréal. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions le concepteur mécanique apportera son support aux projets de développement et/ou de modification d’aéronef :
VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:
Comprendre les exigences de conception et s’assurer que le périmètre technique est bien respecté selon les besoins du client et les requis manufacturiers ;
Participer à la conception de la structure, des pièces et/ ou monuments d’aéronef ;
Suivant les projets proposer des solutions techniques allant du concept initial à la production ou support en service ;
Préparer les principaux livrables techniques et assurer la conformité des livrables suivant les exigences client (solutions technique, vérification des plans, rapports de qualification et certification, etc.);
Effectuer son travail en respectant les plannings de réalisation établis ;
Travailler en collaboration avec les différentes équipes contribuant à la conception des solutions ;
Altitude Aerospace is looking for a Mechanical Designer who would like to join a dynamic, flexible and fast-growing company in Montreal. As part of his duties, the mechanical designer will provide support for aircraft development and/or modification projects:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the design requirements and ensure that the technical scope is respected according to the needs of the customer and the requirements of the manufacturers;
Participate aircraft structure, parts and/or monuments design activities;
Depending on the project, propose technical solutions ranging from the initial concept to production or in-service support;
Prepare the main technical deliverables and ensure compliance of the deliverables according to customer requirements (technical solutions, verification of plans, qualification and certification reports, etc.);
Carry out his work while respecting the established production schedules;
Work in collaboration with the various teams contributing to the design of the solutions.
Profil recherché
VOS QUALIFICATIONS :
Baccalauréat (ou équivalent) en génie mécanique/aéronautique;
Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en conception d’aérostructure;
Connaissance en conception de structure primaire métallique et composite;
Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Catia V5 et Catia V6 (Atout);
Capacité à travailler sous pression pour respecter les échéanciers;
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mechanical/aeronautical engineering;
Minimum 8 years of experience in aerostructure design;
Knowledge of primary metallic and composite structure design;
Good knowledge of Catia V5 and Catia V6 software (Asset);
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
