Primary Responsibilities:

  • Seek potential clients and maintain relationships with new and current stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies in creating new business networks and managing sales pipelines.
  • Planning and directing marketing campaigns and collaborating with sales and other teams to reach targets.
  • Manage customer expectations while consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide timely reports, forecasts, updates, and strategic opportunities, plans and procedures.
  • Uphold company reputation in the industry.
  • Check parts to ensure they meet ISO quality standards.
  • Ability to examine and evaluate all current and incoming laptops, printers, and other electronic device parts/components to ensure they are in full working condition.
  • Maintain regular documentation of all refurbishing and repair activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Post-secondary and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking skills, organization and time management skills.
  • Driven to create objective and targets and achieve results.
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and make informed and well-thought-out decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Certification in IT asset management (e.g., Certified IT Asset Manager) or diploma / certification in Computer Hardware is a plus.
