Job Description
L’Arche Lethbridge is currently looking for a Respite Worker (Community Disability Support Worker) who can support the needs of people with disabilities in our homes on some weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Ideal candidate should have a knowledge of and/or experience working with people with developmental disabilities and attending to challenging behaviors. Training and experience on verbal, physical and emotional intervention strategies are an asset. DRIVING SKILL IS REQUIRED.
