Communications ManagerApex Systems is a staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Communications Manager with 7+ years of Communications and Writing experience, enterprise exposure, and ideally some banking knowledge to place at our client, a large North American bank. Please reference Job Title Communications ManagerResponsibilities: Developing Communication Strategies, which involves designing comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify target audiences, determine key messages, and select appropriate communication channels.Manage Content Creation & Presentations build-outs for QBRs, new project launches, projects updates etc.Oversee the creation and distribution of various communication materials that involves writing, editing, and reviewing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the line of business goals Create internal communications and develop strategies to enhance internal communication processes within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about line of business updates and initiatives. This involves, creating employee newsletters, or managing internal communication platforms.Collaborate with various lines of businesses within the organization to ensure alignment and integration of initiative effortsKey Qualifications: 7+ years experience in Communications or Technical Writing positionsStrong technical writing skills and experience written QBRs, PPTs, Newsletters etc.Understanding of content design and ability to work within Microsoft SuitesAbility to meet and collaborate with multiple teams within the line of business to gather required information Excellent time management and project management skills
