Overview of the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager in this commission paid position, you will be responsible for business development and maintaining sound customer relations. We support and care for our employees and their families by providing:·Competitive salaries·Advantageous corporate agreements·Full range of group insurance benefits·Group retirement pension plan with employer contribution·Purchase option of company stocks·Group RRSP·Health and wellness program in the workplace·Assistance program for employees and their families·Saputo products at a discounted price How you will make contributions that matter:·Meet and exceed budgeted volume targets·Develop and grow the Saputo business through new business acquisition and full line selling·Communicate internally among Saputo management, maximizing opportunities and cost efficiencies·Initiate and evaluate opportunities·Develop and implement a schedule for customer contact to capitalize on opportunities·Provide territory plans and reports with ‘initiatives’ in acquiring new or incremental business·Build and maintain strong customer relationships·Manage Accounts Receivables within the designated territory·Other duties as assigned You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: ·2 – 3 years of sales experience required; Food Service sales would be an asset·Training and education in sales is preferred·Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite·Self-motivated, with leadership qualities·Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities·Sound communication and interpersonal skills·Strong organizational and analytical skills·Dependability and proficiency in current position·Must have a valid drivers’ license.
