If you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading company, we want to talk with you!Hourly pay range $35.00 -37.00Hybrid working schedule: 6AM TO 2 PM. 2- 4 TIMES IN OFFICEJob Responsibilities The Commercial Services group streamlines and guides how we invest in and harness technology for Commercial. The team modernizes manual processes, while addressing pain points and focusing on initiatives to improve internal and external customer experiences. We see Commercial Services as the engine room with focus on post deal tasks such as invoicing, trade finance, shipping and laytime. Commercial Services is a unique opportunity to create more synergies between teams and bring together business improvements to achieve business excellence.The objective of the role is to be a key team member within the Non Bulk Atlantic Commercial Services team and take ownership of the administration of contracts for the Aluminum products.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments and invoicing in SAP for aluminium productsParticipate in process improvement initiatives that can bring additional value to our internal/external stakeholdersComply with standard level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilledParticipate in troubleshooting of process issues and bottlenecksParticipate in month end reconciliation activitiesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelors degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience * Knowledge of SAP * Knowledge of Microsoft office suite * Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes * Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines * Strong communication skills * Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)Benefits As a Commercial Services Officer - Aluminum Products with Bartech Staffing, you will be working through an established and respected staffing organization with over 40 years of serving as a trusted partner to our client companies.
