Commercial Renovations Project ManagerJob DescriptionProstar is a growing business and we’re seeking a unique individual to grow with us. As a Project Manager and Estimator, you’ll be a part of running our building envelope chapter in our expanding company. You have experience in this area, through past employment with an engineering company, a general contractor, or builder.You will be responsible for creating estimates, preparing bids for building envelope renewal related projects and leading a team of professionals to successfully complete those projects. EngBSBA Sc.BArchEngineering-in-training registration or eligibilityBachelor of Applied Design in Interior DesignBuilding Consultant/Inspector work experience5-10 years experience/education in building envelope renewal projects, through past employment as a project manager, general contractor or builder Construction trades experience is an asset, either in management or hands-on trades work in areas such as: carpentry, painting, restoration, concrete work, etc.Strong math skills and generally high precision with numbers Advanced level proficiency with software, including MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, ProCore, etc.A valid BC driver's license required - in order to travel to client locations throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser ValleyMust be fluent in EnglishExceptional oral and written communication skills Compensation Salary and Commission: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00+ Job Type Full-time, Permanent Benefits:Company carCompany eventsDental careExtended health careFlexible scheduleOn-site parkingPaid time offTuition reimbursementVision care We thank all applicants for their interest in this position.
