COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER required full time for a successful real estate investment firm to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial and retail portfolio of properties. Candidates must have five or more years of commercial property management experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, accounts receivable, tendering and awarding of contracts, lease negotiation and documentation experience coupled with effective management skills. You must understand building operations and respond to tenant inquiries as required. Our Client provides a competitive remuneration package.
