If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for our team.Responsibilities:Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clientsProcessing policy changesMaintain professional relationships with Insurers and UnderwritersAssist and provide support to Producers as requiredProcess call backs, submissions and mail in a timely mannerFlexible to perform various assigned tasksPromotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio reviewCross-sell a variety of products at every opportunityPromotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship buildingRemains current on all company philosophies and proceduresAccepts risks within established guidelinesQualifications:Currently holds a RIBO license in good standingMin. 1-2 years experience as a licensed brokerHas worked in an insurance brokerageExperience with Power Broker (an asset)Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writingHas excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsCan function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environmentMaintains a positive attitude and is a team playerHas strong analytical and decision-making abilitiesDemonstrates the ability to adapt to changeAre proficient in BMS and MicrosoftEqual Opportunity Statement:FSB GROUP LTD. is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
