Stocking, cleaning, sanitizing the line and all cooking tools and spacesEnsuring food is handled safely and according to all public health standardsPreparing our delicious menu items for our Guests according to Smitty's standards.Accommodating any and all dietary requests happily and taking all allergens seriouslyMaintaining our fast work pace to ensure quality Guest service
