About the Role:

We are seeking a Dedicated Care Physician to join our expanding medical staff. Given the growing demand for comprehensive care services, we are looking for patient-focused physicians with exceptional communication skills and clinical knowledge to meet the needs of individuals seeking a family physician. As a Dedicated Care Physician, you will have a relatively small patient roster, allowing you to deliver exceptional patient care. Your Responsibilities:

1. Devote your time to a select number of patients, focusing on compassionate and preventive primary care.
2. Foster strong relationships with your patients and gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of their interconnected health and wellness journey.
3. Utilize insights from same-day testing conducted by our dedicated team to provide clinical recommendations and health guidance to your patients.
4. Create comprehensive clinical and wellness diagnoses and treatment plans, leveraging our extensive network of referral partners. Once a recommendation is made, our dedicated referral team will handle the process, eliminating the need for phone calls or follow-ups.

Qualifications:

1. A strong service-minded approach to providing comprehensive care.
2. An empathetic and collaborative working style to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
3. Commitment to work at ReGen Scientific for at least one (1) day per week.
4. Current registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
5. An active OHIP billing number.
6. Experience in preventive care and wellness is advantageous.
