We currently have a need forlast-minute and on-callsupport at ourvarious Ottawaclinics.Hours for this position are not guaranteed. It is a coverage position for staff that are sick, go on holiday, or otherwise need coverage.The Clinic Care Coordinator Floater will be responsible for:Incoming and outgoing phone callsBooking client appointments, calendar managementHandling client payments and assisting with billingEnsuring the clinic is clean, creating a positive environment for clientsOther administrative duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will posses the following:1 year of previous medical reception experience (Physio or Dental)Knowledge of Word, Excel, and general computer experienceTime management and organization skillsPersonable, presentableBack On Track is committed to accommodating people with disabilities as part of our hiring process.
