Your Opportunity

As a Client Solutions Receptionist, you will be a vital member of the Administrative Team, reporting to the Director of People Operations. You will be the firm’s first point of contact and will provide exceptional client service. You are recognized as reliable, organized, adaptable, positive and an enthusiastic team member who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.  You are a detail-oriented, curious individual who can quickly learn and work with minimal supervision.


Your Scope:

  • Deliver exceptional white-glove service when welcoming guests to KRP, including corporate and high-net worth clients.
  • Orchestrate a general inquiry inbox, multi-line phone system and in-person engagements to ensure no stakeholder is left waiting for our help.
  • Present oneself professionally, serving as a brand ambassador for the Firm.
  • Act as the communication conduit between external inquiries and internal subject matter experts, gathering information and transitioning leads on prospective clients.
  • Showcase a blend of maturity and energy, flexing your personal style when interfacing with various stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, initiate contact to verify details, resolve issues, and proactively anticipate client needs.
  • Assist our Partners and Leadership team with scheduling meeting rooms, organizing employee events and arranging refreshments.
  • Own the ‘First Impression’ area, taking pride in the organization and cleanliness of the executive space.


Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in reception, hospitality, retail or customer success operations and; strong understanding of customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English and have been complimented on your excellent phone manners and communication skills.
  • Robust computer skills, spanning Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking various tasks, projects, and strategic improvement initiatives
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and embodying our core values
