Client Service Associate, Business Development and Investor RelationsWe are looking for an energetic, proactive and results-focused Client Service Associate to join Kensington’s Business Development and Investor Relations team. We are an entrepreneurial group who values teamwork, resourcefulness, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.The successful candidate will be an integral member of our team whose main responsibility is to provide an exceptional Kensington investor experience to help build and strengthen Kensington investor relationships.Duties & Responsibilities:Client Service Support: Ensure investor requests and questions are accurately and promptly addressed by collaborating with Kensington functional teams and service providers.Project Management: Coordinate and assist with ongoing due diligence requests from potential and existing investors (RFPs, DDQs, investment case studies, online data rooms).Investor Relations: Assist with the distribution of outbound investor communication including capital call/distribution notices, quarterly investor letters, financial statements, tax documentation, etc. Proactively develop and strengthen relationships with investors by phone and email.Compliance: Manage new investor documentation, including reflecting changes on existing investor information, and handle ongoing compliance-related requests in an accurate and timely manner.Qualifications:University degree, preferably in business, finance or economics1-3 years of prior experience in a sales and/or client service role within the financial services industry is a strong assetMust have a strong desire to work in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial sales environmentAbility to manage multiple client requests and projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent work ethic with a knack for problem-solving and a positive, can-do attitudeRelationship building skills with an ability to quickly build rapport over the phoneExperience using a CRM system – preferably Salesforce.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
