At Univesta, we pay your training to become a personal lines damage insurance broker!The Customer Service Advisor position is your gateway to the exciting world of insurance! Don’t worry: we’ll take the time to train you thoroughly and support you every step of the way to make sure you acquire the knowledge you’ll need in your new career.Here are the steps that will ensure your success:We provide a 5-week training program that will give you the tools you need to pass your personal lines damage insurance exams administered by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).Once you’ve passed your exams, you’ll begin a 3-to 4-week training course on our products and softwares. This is held in a classroom setting with our trainer and it’s the perfect time for peer-to-peer practice.Once you’ve successfully completed the in-house training course, you’ll do a six-week internship.
