As a Client Experience Leader, you’ll be responsible for building and developing a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele. The successful candidate will Champion the Customer Experience: 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing astore/department Our World-Class luxury brands includeTom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna, Brunello Cucinelli, Giorgio Armani, Laura Piana, Canali, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamoand many more! A focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the in-store and online customer experience) Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others(with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements) Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
