As a Client Experience Leader, you’ll be responsible for building and developing a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

The successful candidate will Champion the Customer Experience:

  • 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
  • Our World-Class luxury brands include Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna, Brunello Cucinelli, Giorgio Armani, Laura Piana, Canali, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo and many more!
  • A focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the in-store and online customer experience)
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others (with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements)
  • Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives, individually and through one’s team
