Responsibilities
Receive and triage Digital support tickets from multiple clients
Analyze and propose solutions to client requests (break-fix, additional functionality, training, maintenance) based on industry best practices.
Generate and validate solution estimates.
Communicate solution and estimates to clients for approval.
Provide level 2 support for digital commerce platforms such as Optimizely Customized Commerce, Optimizely Configured Commerce and Microsoft D365 Commerce integrated with ERP’s including D365/ AX2012 platforms.
Ensure regular and frequent communications (internal and external) on the progress of open tickets.
Manage escalation support requests with our partners (Optimizely/ Microsoft)
Manage code deployments through the development lifecycle.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours client support for urgent situations.
Participate in the development and evolution of departmental processes, tools and documentation.
Provide mentoring to junior resources.
Assist in the recruitment process.
Support digital solutions in collaboration with internal resources, departments and our clients when required.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
Minimum three (3) years of experience working with ASP.NET MVC.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a developer.
Experience with Visual Studio.
Experience with Git or other source control management.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with the Azure tech stack is an asset (Function Apps, Web Services, API Management, Application Insights).
Experience with a digital commerce solution is an asset.
Experience with a Front-End development framework: React, Angular an asset.
Experience with Dynamics D365 is an asset.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Ability to manage several cases simultaneously and prioritize activities.
