The Client AR Administrator is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of client accounts within their designated portfolios by way of monitoring monthly billings, timely collections follow up and assistance with processing adjustments and cash/deposit applications. The Client AR Administrator will own the following responsibilities:Provide excellent, consistent, and focused customer service to both internal and external clients to ensure that a seamless customer experience is achievedResponsible for setting up payment arrangements, payment plans and account settlements with clients in compliance with policies and processesInvestigate, analyze and bring forward any billing related variances with the partner administration officesReview weekly and monthly AR reports to measure personal portfolio performanceAttend regular internal meetings/calls with Partner/admin teams to discuss AR status and recommendations for actionBe the first point of contact for AR inquiries and maintain a successful customer service cycle to achieve internal/external customer satisfactionAssist with special projects and complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned How do we define success for your role?
