You're good at: Communicating effectively with your team and achieving resultsAdvising others on effectively managing major commercial claimsLeading others, not just as a managerYou have: Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industryMinimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership experienceCompletion or working towards CIP/FCIP designation an assetStrong knowledge of principles and practices related to claims settlement, policy wordings, insurance contracts, fraud investigations, serious losses and coverage questions.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
