Title: Cisco Voice Level 3 engineer Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)Duration: 12 monthsPay rate: $95/hr - $100/hr on T4 without any benefitsDuties in scope3 BAU support of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail and Unified CallCenter Expressparticipation in the upgrade of the above mentitoned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing before August 2024participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems3 troublshooting of those systemswith the vendor Cisco in case of issuesand/or updating documenation of the abovevideo server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway)Not mandatory skills, but preferred would be experience with in configuration and operation/maintenance ofSession Border Controller(SBC) andEnterprise Communication Broker (ECB)Enterprise Operations Monitorof PSTN telephone with TEAMS(formerly Exterity) IPTV solutionKey Competenciesteam playercommunication and documentation skillsleast 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above mentioned productswork independentlySkills, Knowledge and Experienceknowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl. Voice Gatewyasknowledge of Cisco Callmanager, esp. version 12 and aboveworking knowledge of Unity and UCCxknowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB preferableknowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
