Position Title: Cisco Voice Engineer

Overview:
Charter is currently seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer in Surrey, BC starting July 2024. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Cisco Voice infrastructure experience gathering specific voice system requirements from multiple departments, analyzing requirements, and designing/creating call flow diagrams, common voice templates and gathered information databases. Previous experience developing testing plans and training documents would be required. Additionally, experience leading Cisco Voice implementation projects in a healthcare environment is also required. Location: Surrey, BC (Onsite) Term: Six (6) months. Strong potential of extension.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 8+ years of Cisco Voice infrastructure experience gathering requirements from multiple departments stakeholders to understand current and future state phone system needs and functionality requirements.
- Experience analyzing the requirements and designing/creating call flow diagrams, common voice templates and Gathered Information Database.
- Experience developing testing plans and training documents.
- Experience leading Cisco Voice implementation projects in a healthcare environment is required.
- Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related voice technologies.
- Education: active industry certifications i.e., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, would be an asset.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
