With a proven track record of having successfully built and sold a similar platform in the same industry in Canada, CPP launched in 2021 in the US. Since then, CPP has grown to one of the US's largest consolidators in the space using a partnership model to bring clinics on board. Today, CPP generates well over $100M of revenue and is very profitable. CPP is seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of multi-site experience and a proven track record of financial leadership at a scaled multi-site company with revenues exceeding $100 million.
The Role:
As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CPP's financial operations, with a particular focus on driving growth through strategic and financial-focused decision-making. In this role, the CFO will be responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of CPP, guiding the executive and board team through financial decision-making, and leading company fundraising activities. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing financial insights and analysis to inform critical business decisions.
